Building on current growth, Limesharp is looking to enhance our team with a Senior Ecommerce Consultant who will report directly to the Managing Director and Creative Director. You will work alongside our existing project manager, account manager and design team to offer your experience and apply best-in-class solutions to our existing and new client base of luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle ecommerce brands. You will play a key role in creating and evolving client service related process and practice.

The role requires someone who is highly self-motivated, charismatic, creative, excited by ecommerce, digitally-savvy, commercially focussed and can instantly build a trusted working relationship with a client.
We have ambitious growth targets and require someone who can help both shape and deliver on our company goals. Our focus is working with leading brands and this requires someone with gravitas within our industry.

Day to day tasks / Responsibilities

  • Formulation of strategy and ideas for new clients
  • Applying best-in-class thought and solutions for our clients
  • Create trusted working relationships with new and existing clients
  • Main point of contact for sales enquiries/new projects
  • Responsible for calls and meetings during the pre-sales period Co-ordinating pitch documents with designs, development and customer 
  • service teams

Mandatory

  • Retail or digital commerce experience
  • Agency experience
  • Understanding and application of Ecommerce best practice Delivering solutions for fashion, luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands Sales pitch and presentation experience

  • Magento Experience
  • Understanding of the key plugins and third party services

Nice to Have
