    The Brand

    Jo Malone MBE has been described as an 'English scent maverick' and the woman responsible for creating some of the world's most loved fragrances. Having sold her eponymous label Jo Malone Ltd to Estée Lauder Companies in 1999, Jo remained Creative Director until she left in 2006.

    Five years later and after much anticipation, Jo returned to the beauty industry with the launch of ‘Jo Loves’  – an innovative new scent, bath, body and candle collection inspired by the memories and moments in life that she loves.

    In 2015, Jo Loves rebranded and unveiled a completely new logo and design identity across all touch points including

    Unveiled in October 2015, the new design is dynamic and rich in content whilst remaining clean and un-cluttered.  This unique, contemporary feel perfectly complements the new brand identity alongside each fragrance ingredient and inspiration and is testament to the collaborative conversations that Limesharp had with Jo to fully understand her creative integrity and interpret her vision for the brand.


    User Experience

    The new is fully responsive, and the improved mobile interface provides a better UX and overall a more seamless and connected cross-channel brand experience across web, social media and email.

    With a loyal following for each of Jo’s unique fragrances, it was important to allow shopping by scent as well as product type. The visually engaging menu is organised by both, allowing one-click shopping from any category page. Customers regularly go out of their way to comment on the clear and simple customer journey and general ease of shopping at
